The service

Proposal Studio ("we", "us") composes client proposals and statements of work from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and can host them on public share pages that track sent / viewed / accepted. You ("you", "the customer") pay per proposal generated at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only generate proposals from brains your Ounie account can access, and you are responsible for having the right to send the pricing, scope, and terms they contain. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated collateral inherits whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; what you send, and its accuracy, are your responsibility — review before you share.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 10 credits per proposal generated and 10 credits per full rebuild, reserved when the work starts and settled on success. If your selected brain(s) don't hold your services, the reservation is refunded and you aren't charged. Editing, sending/unsending the share page, the accept capture, and DOCX export are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

Proposals are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not binding offers or verified figures. Pricing appears only where your material states a number; where it doesn't, the proposal reads "pricing to be discussed" rather than estimating. We do not warrant that any proposal is complete, current, or fit to send. You are responsible for reviewing every line — especially scope and pricing — before you send it.

Accept is not a signature

The "Accept proposal" button on a share page records a name and a timestamp as a stated signal of a recipient's intent to move forward. It is expressly NOT an electronic signature and creates no contract, obligation, or legally binding acceptance. Use your own contracting and e-signature process for anything binding; we are not responsible for reliance on an accept signal.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged when your brain doesn't hold your services. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a proposal you sent.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
