Proposal Studio

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you generate a proposal we record which of your brains you selected, the client name and project notes you entered, and the proposal produced (its text, scope, pricing table, terms, and a citation pointer to the brain page each part drew from), plus its pipeline state (sent / viewed / accepted), how many times its share page has been viewed, and — if a recipient accepts — the name they typed and the time they accepted.

What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell, share, or resell anything you generate. Every proposal belongs to the account that made it.

Where data lives

Application data (proposals, pipeline state, view counts, accept records, credit ledger entries) is stored in a single Neon Postgres database hosted in the US. Your brain content itself stays on ounie.com — Proposal Studio reads it at generation time through Ounie's API as you, and never keeps a copy of your sources. DOCX exports are generated on demand and never stored.

Public share pages

When you send a proposal, it is served on a public page at sow.ounie.com/p/<token>. That page is marked noindex (search engines are asked not to list it), but anyone with the link can view it — that is its purpose as collateral. The page's Accept button records the name a recipient types and the time, as a signal of intent (not a legal signature). Unsending or deleting the proposal makes the link stop working immediately.

Payments

Payments happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes credit purchases. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.

Your brain content

Proposals are generated only from the brains you own and select, fetched through Ounie's API with your own session — Proposal Studio can never see anyone else's brain, and never stores your sources. Deleting a proposal removes it and its public page; your brain on ounie.com is untouched.

Deletion

To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
